Privacy notice
How website enquiries and basic technical information are handled.
Information you provide
If you use the enquiry form, the site processes the name, email address, organisation, jurisdiction, matter category and summary you submit. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials or highly sensitive evidence through the form.
Purpose
Enquiry information is used to review the request, conduct initial conflict and suitability checks, communicate with the sender, protect legal rights and maintain appropriate business records. Submitting an enquiry does not create an advocate-client relationship.
Technical data
The hosting environment may process ordinary technical records such as IP address, request time, browser information, referring page and security events for delivery, maintenance, abuse prevention and operational security.
Sharing and cross-border processing
Information may be handled by authorised service providers or appropriately qualified counsel where necessary to assess or manage a cross-border matter, subject to applicable duties and safeguards. Information is not sold.
Retention and requests
Information is retained only for a proportionate period based on the enquiry, professional duties, legal requirements, security needs and dispute-prevention considerations. Contact the firm through the website enquiry form to request access, correction or another applicable privacy right.
